Really enjoyed this post—especially the stats on how self-talk impacts performance and stress levels! I like the idea of reframing, but I’ve found it’s even more effective when we clear the deeper patterns that drive the negative chatter in the first place.

Reframing works best when it’s not battling against resistance but amplifying clarity. Have you explored the connection between clearing subconscious blocks and improving self-talk?

You’d remind them they’re not a fool. You’d explain that resting while sick isn’t weakness - it’s recovery. You’d point out how hard they work when they’re healthy.

It helped me reframe my negative self-talk.

I'm curious about clearing subconscious blocks - please share your experience!

I’m glad the reframing approach helped—it’s such a powerful perspective shift! When it comes to clearing subconscious blocks, it’s about going deeper than reframing. These blocks are often tied to beliefs and patterns formed early on, so instead of just working around them, I help people identify and clear the root cause. Once that’s done, it’s amazing how naturally the mind shifts into clarity and ease without the need for constant effort. Let me know if you’d like to explore this further!

There’s an effective way to deal with that kind of self-talk:

Pretend it’s a close friend saying it about themselves.

What would you tell them?

I appreciate this post. I struggled a lot with that inner voice. However, I learned to ignore what I cannot control. Now, I choose to listen and focus on what I can control instead.
